I was born and raised in Newland, NC on my family’s farm where my husband and I now raise our two beautiful daughters. I spend most of my free time with my family enjoying the outdoors or kindling my competitive spirit playing cards or board games.
I’ve always loved colors and mixing patterns and textures so after lots of encouragement from my parents, I went to college at Anderson University in South Carolina where I pursued a degree in Interior Design. After years of experience, I sat for and passed the NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) exam, which is the only recognized professional interior design certification.
I still love creating a playful mix of design elements while also incorporating my love of nature into every interior. I approach each project as a new challenge that I can’t wait to start.
